GENTLEMEN:

It was a cool, cloudy morning when we started our tournament at Sierra Sage. However, after a few holes, the sun came out and everything was picture perfect. The golf course was in great condition and the greens were fast and difficult to read which could make a grown man cry.

The competition in our 4-man team, 2-better balls event was very close. The high-lite of the day was when Rob Clements teed it up on the 167 yard par three # 12 hole, using a 6 iron and flew it into the hole for a hole in one. Congratulation, Rob , what an exciting feeling! You will receive an award for $50.00.

A negative comment about the snack bar restaurant: My partner ordered two cheese burgers. The hamburger patties were burned charcoal black, beyond recognition, resembling two hockey pucks.  I do not recommend any ordering a hamburger at this snack bar.

All in all it turned out to be a great day!
