Most of us arrived early, after a long drive from home, and we were anxious to start our tournament on time.  As it turned out, we had to wait 45 minutes past  our 9:00 AM starting time due to a frost delay.  I could not believe this.  At 8:00 AM it was in the low 40s.  We all knew that if we started later, the wind would become a factor.  As it turned out, that was certainly the case.

We had 9 teams participate in our 1-best ball 4-some event. Our two closest to the pin markers were not turned in. Perhaps I can get the results at a later date.

I am holding back $30.00 if I get the results.

Thank you Red Hawk management for hosting our group. The cart staging area and the shuttles to the range and golf shop were great. The Hills course was in good condition considering the early Spring environment. Perhaps we will have a better experience the next time we visit you.
