GENTLEMEN:

I do not know where to begin. Lake Tahoe Golf Course was in all of it’s glory. It has been a long time since I have seen this course in such great condition.

It was our best turn-out for this 4-man team, 2-best ball team event on this course. 40 players, 10 teams. Thank you Tim Boyles for inviting three guests, Bill Hammons, Roger Maxwell and Mike Ames. It was good to see John Greenhut and Alan Norton again who have been unable to play for many months.

The competition was very close among all the teams. Two teams tied for first place, Two teams tied for third place. Two teams tied for fifth place.

Bryan Smith was on cloud # 9: On the 8th hole, 289 yards par 4, Bryan hit his ball 280 yards and chipped his ball into the hole the last 9 yards for an EAGLE 2.
