GENTLEMEN:

It was already warm when we started at 8:30 AM. We had 11 teams, 41 players participate in our 1-best ball shamble event.

The golf course was in good condition. The greens were great and the pin placement, on several holes, was a frustrating putting experience. The team scores were somewhat higher than usual, however, very close. The team handicap we played to for the first time, turned out to be an excellent choice.

All in all it was a great, warm day to spend with your friends. Thank you Duncan staff for hosting our group.

GENTLEMEN:

On Tuesday we are playing the challenging golf course of Eagle Valley West. Our starting time is a 8:30 AM shotgun start.

Things are getting back to normal and we are playing under our golf club name: “Lake Tahoe SIR”.

Please pay $40 for your green fee and cart when you arrive at the pro shop.

We have 11 teams, 43 players, one opening. Our format of play will be a modified shamble. Instructions are on the second page of the attachment.

Being that this tournament is similar to a scramble, I chose to give each team one handicap to be more equitable. Handicap calculation: Total the 4 players handicap, divide by 4, multiply by 35% = team handicap. There will be closest to the pin on # 7 and # 17 (two places)
