GENTLEMEN:

We had a beautiful cool morning for our first ever Stabelford game with a 9:00 AM shotgun start at Eagle Valley East. 32 of our bravest golfers signed up and 29 finished. Fortunately  we did not loose any one. However, two golfers became ill and had to leave early and one golfer decided not to join us.

All in all the individual competition turned out to be very close. As you will see that nearly half the field split our prize pot. I really liked that when I figured out the payout.

The golf course had a few issues:

High rough, wet and many unplayable sand traps. Very wet overall and many puddles of water on the course and cart paths.  The greens were very good.

Most of us played in 4 1/2 hours or less. Our lunch with brats and chips was great.

Thank you Eagle Valley management and staff for hosting our group. We plan on returning soon.
