GENTLEMEN:

Our “Spring Breaker” tournament at Eagle Valley East was a great success. It was wonderful to see so many new and old faces, even though some were under the mask. The golf courses will get much better as the weather warms up. It was a good beginning for all us and we tolerated the “breeze” all day.

Our golf club champion for the year 2020 showed us today that he still is a champion. Joe Carmona fired a gross score of 79 to claim the best score of our group and an award for $20.00. Jerry Beauchamp came back to our group and shot a wonderful net score of 64 to claim first place and $20.00.  There were numerous outstanding scores.  Congratulation  to all of you!

Thank you Tom Sawyer and Marshal McCurdy for handling the prize fund. Thank you Duncan management for hosting us today. Welcome Beau Server to your new job assignment as Eagle Valley’s new PGA PRO.

GENTLEMEN:

On Monday, 3/29/21, we are playing at Eagle Valley East. We have 52 players with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.

Our tournament format is individual stroke play. The regular tees are the WHITE tees and most of us will play from these tees. The GREEN tees are the forward tees. One group will play from these tees.

Please practice social distancing and wear your mask as appropriate.

When you arrive, please pay $35.00 for your green fee and cart. Make sure you see Tom Sawyer first to donate $5.00 for our prize fund.

Closest to the pin will be on all four par threes. (Pay two places)
