GENTLEMEN:
On a most beautiful summer morning, 48 of our bravest golfers invaded the Dayton Valley golf course to shoot their best round in our SIR Branch 160 golf club championship. The entire complex was occupied by beautiful women and not so bad looking guys. It was a prelude to a very long day on the course. Unfortunately, the golf course was dealt a bad blow with major irrigation issues. Consequently, the course was in poor condition. However, the greens were great.
This did not keep many of our golfers from shooting a great round. One individual rose to the top and still is on cloud # 9. Joe McKenna is our new golf club champion. Joe fired a gross score of 89 and net score of 59. Congratulation, Joe! The engraved championship trophy and a monetary award will be presented to you at our next breakfast meeting.
The BBQ pulled pork lunch was great! Thank you Dayton Valley management and staff for hosting our group today. It is always a pleasure to visit you and enjoying your hospitality.
