We finally had a most beautiful golfing morning at Dayton Valley golf course. A great group of 52 golfers, 13 teams participated in our 4-man team, 2-better balls event. This is a tough format.  At least two players need to have a good score on each hole.  Many of us are just getting the hang of the game after a long , cold winter. It showed on the high scores.  However, some players are in the groove and had a great round.

Among those players, a super star emerged.  Perhaps not many of you know him or his name.  You need to meet him!  It is David Agee.  David fired a cool 71 from the

white tees.  David had two birdies and two eagles.  He eagle’d two tough par 5’s, # 11 and # 18.  Congratulation David!

The team competition was close.  I did, however, correct 5 score cards.
