GENTLEMEN:

It seemed like no one wanted to open up the club house this morning. Finally, Buffy arrived to our rescue about 7:50 AM.  She was great and overwhelmed

with 46 players in line paying their entry fee. The golf cart person was of great help and arranged and prepared all the carts for us. It would have been nice if more help at the clubhouse was available; especially in the coffee shop.  The coffee was made, however, no one to serve.

We were scheduled for a 8:30 AM shotgun start. At 8:50 AM we were able to move out to our designated starting hole.

The wind was relentless and worked on your mind and body all day. Most of us finished within 4 to 4 1/2 hours. The hot dog lunch was great!  Thank you, Loney, for your help.

We had 47 players, 12 teams participate in our 4-man team, 1-best ball event. The competition was close, however, the wind played a number on many of our players.

It was good to see a few of our players for the first time this year. The weather will improve for our future tournaments and you will be able to put on your shorts.
