GENTLEMEN:

On a cool, rainy, blustery fall morning, 32 of our bravest golfers participated in our 4 – man team, 1- best ball event.

We promptly started at 8:30 AM. It was not long when we discovered that the course was quite wet and played difficult.  We did our best and some super stars played well while others struggled.

In any case, we all survived. Our guest, Larry Knutson, really cleaned up and won most of the money. I hope that Larry is planning to join our group.

After our round we were treated to hot dogs and a soft drink. It hit the spot which warmed our bodies and our spirit.
