GENTLEMEN:

Apple Mountain gold course is not only challenging, it works on your mind, your physical endurance, it tells you whether you are in shape or out of shape it tests your nerves, however most of all, it can be very rewarding and put a smile on your face when you have a good shot and your putt tracks into the hole.

On a most beautiful day, we had 7- 4-man teams shoot it out in our scramble format.  It turned out that the competition was very close and that this format of play was ideal for our group. We all played in about 4 hours and 45 minutes.

To bad that the snack bar was unable to give us their great menu of food. A power outage earlier was to blame.

Thank you Apple Mountain management and staff for hosting our group today. We really appreciate your service and the super effort in making this difficult golf course enjoyable to play.
