Carson Valley Golf Tournament September 21 2020 Results PDF

GENTLEMEN:

Except for the shmazy (smoke/haze) conditions, is was a near perfect day for golf. We had 42 brave golfers attack the Carson Valley course in our two best ball team
event. The course played much tougher than usual due to the “over watering condition” of  many fairways. I know that many of you lost balls in the rough just off the fairways.
In any case I know that this was a fun day. The hot dogs were great and so were the drinks if you purchased one.
I enjoyed staying for the last group to come in. Because of tee times, we miss seeing many of our friends. Some day we will get back to normal.
We had some great individual scores and very close team competition. Thank you Carson Valley management and staff for providing us with great service for
our entire tournament! We really appreciate it.
Thank you,
Sig
The smoke is slowly subsiding and the forecast for Monday is hazy skies.
First: All golfers coming from Lake Tahoe over Kingsbury Grade, use Mottsville Ln to Hi Way 88. Turn right on 88 and left at the round-a-bout to Centerville Ln. CENTERVILLE LN IS CLOSED FROM HI WAY 88 TO FOOTHILL RD.
We have 43 golfers, 11 teams. I choose a team event of a 4-man team, 2-better balls. We will play from the WHITE tees.
Please pay $40.00 for your green fee, cart and hot dog when you arrive. I will have the scores cards for each team to be picked up at the pro shop counter. Leave your winning score card at the counter when you are finished. I will pick them up later.
After each team plays 9 holes, stop at the club house to pick up your hot dog. You may order a drink at that time.
Enjoy the day with your friends and have a few laughs!
