GENTLEMEN:

The Wolf ate most of us.  We have not experienced unusual, fast, unforgiving greens as at Wolf Run today.  Someone mentioned to me that those greens should have been declared unplayable. We are not used to such humiliation. Overall, the golf course was in good condition.

In our modified shamble format, we had 42 golfers, 11 teams. We promptly started at 8:30 AM on a most beautiful, cool morning. Most of us played in less than four hours and 40 minutes.

It looks to me, that the team who won first place today, is always in the winner circle.  I need to find out what their secret is.

Thank you Duncan management ant staff for hosting our group today. “Taco Tuesday” filled the empty spot when we returned to the snack bar.
