GENTLEMEN:

It sure was a beautiful morning when we started at 8:30  AM at Silver Oak. We had a good turn-out of 41 players, 11 teams, for our modified shamble event. After a while, I realized that the pace of play was much faster than in the past. Great job, guys!   It is so much more fun to play when everyone is moving at a good pace.

The golf course was in great condition.  However some of the pin placements on the greens were in places that could make a grown man cry.  A three put was often to follow.

The hamburger, beer special was great and those who tried it enjoyed it very much. Thank you Silver Oak management and staff for hosting our group today. We feel always welcome for the superb service you provide us.
