Signups are OPEN for any of these events. I will ask again that if paying by check in advance for events, I request separate checks for each event. This allows for much easier bookkeeping on my end. (Checks are deposited in most cases the day prior to the event).
Selection of courses with limited travel are planned (in most cases) during the winter/early spring/late fall in the event weather plays a role, allowing a member to cancel the day of. Decisions for cancellation of an event in it’s entirety will be made by me based on known weather issues, course conditions, participations, etc.
