The 2022 Xmas Luncheon is in the books!  Together, we were able to feed, seat, and entertain 126 SIRs and SIRettes in a timely manner.  Great thanks go out to Bruce Henry and Galen Gipson, the ticket sellers for a very correct count, Jim Sleigh, whose printing a finally can read, for getting them seated, Sue Saunders, Gail Caratozzolo, and Susan Price for their work at eliminating the crush at the door by making out the name tags in advance and putting them on the appropriate tables, Paul Gardner, for printing tickets and for getting Morgie Morganthaler and his friend Michael to entertain us, Jim LeBlanc for the anniversary idea and implementation, Janice Gibson, for getting the poinsettias to survive with their bows until the party, Bernie Coullahan for the great wine selection, Doug Kraise for ensuring we met vaccination requirements, Fred Boyce for getting the word out via the newsletter, Don Soderman for pictures, Morgie for playing and getting Michael to play basically for his dinner, and lastly, Jim Caratozzolo for the onerous task of bringing and setting up Frosty,

All around us, volunteerism is becoming a lost cause. Folks just don’t want to become involved.  This group, however, proves that to be wrong.  I send you all my heartfelt thank you and hope you all have a Merry Christmas.

By the way, we made a profit of $119.00!
