SIR Branch 95 was formed in March 1981 and was chartered by the State in December of that year. Our Branch attracts members from a wide geographic area including El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Folsom, Placerville, Shingle Springs, Camino, Gold River, El Dorado, Pollock Pines, Rancho Cordova and Rescue.

The Distinguished Service Award (DSA) Silver Lapel Pin award is the 2nd highest award in SIR, to recognize exceptional/extraordinary service at the Branch and/or State levels. This award is to provide a level of recognition for members that have not earned that which an HLM award requires but have been highly contributing to the success of the Branch.
