New Member Application Process

  • Applicant downloads, prints, and fills out new member application form (.pdf)

  • Applicant writes check for $50 (annual dues) made payable to “SIR-5”

  • Mail/deliver application form + check to John Whittier, Email: turninghands@yahoo.com

  • Branch Executive Council (BEC) reviews form and approves membership

  • BEC notifies applicant to attend next meeting for initiation
