May 2, 2007 - The BEC approved that inactive members be allowed to participate in Sir activities, most notably, golf events.
Guest Speakers may be paid up to $100 for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses.
Membership chairman is an officer and thereby, is a voting member of BEC.
Assigning badge numbers have been eliminated.
There are no July luncheons due to conflict with LOP 4 of July preparations.
November 4, 2015 - The BEC approved the new position of "Assistant Membership Chairman", as a voting member of the BEC.
November 4, 2015 - The BEC approved a new procedure for new members. The application will be taken one month, the BEC will vote on the application at the next BEC meeting, the new member will be introduce at the member meeting following the BEC approval.
March 1, 2017 The BEC approved a change in the BEC start time from 10:30AM to 10:00AM.
April 5, 2017 The following motions were made and passed by the BEC:
Senior SIRs (>90) will not pay for dues or lunch.
Super Senior SIRs (>95) will not pay for dues or lunch.
Honorary Life Members (HLMs) will not pay for dues or lunch.
April 5, 2017 The BEC approved the concept of a password on the web to protect members contact information.
May 3, 2017 Larry Shelley was approved as the Branch's third "Honorary Life Member".
