\u00a01.\u00a0 GOLF<\/strong><\/p>\n

Outings almost every week (weather permitting) for SIR golfers.\u00a0 Results and commentary on each weekly event can be viewed on our Golf page<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, and see the monthly summary in our newsletter.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 BOWLING<\/strong><\/p>\n

SIR has an active bowling program–see the state bowling page<\/strong><\/span><\/a> for full information, or contact our Branch 160 bowling chairman, Dave Moore.<\/p>\n

Update 4\/2\/26: tournament scheduled at Gold Dust West Bowling Center, Carson City, April 13-15.\u00a0 The state website (above) has details and an application form for bowlers.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 PICKLEBALL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Games are now underway at 11:00 am on Wednesdays.\u00a0 For more information, contact Skip Hempler.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 BOCCE BALL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another current topic in Branch 160.\u00a0 Let us know if you’re interested.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 CARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

A few Branch 160 members occasionally get together for low-stakes poker or other card games.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 WINE TASTING<\/strong><\/p>\n

A common activity in other branches; let us know if you have an interest.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 DINING OUT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Same as above.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 ANNUAL PICNIC<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year’s scheduled date is September 28th–mark your calendar and tell the wife.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 CHRISTMAS PARTY & BANQUET<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not to be missed–mark your calendar and tell the wife about this one, too: December 14th.\u00a0 The Fandango’s <\/em>very best food service, great raffle prizes, and a no-host bar.<\/p>\n

10.\u00a0 MONTHLY BREAKFAST OR LUNCHEON MEETINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our one basic activity for all members, again featuring really great food service by the\u00a0Fandango.<\/em><\/p>\n
