Flavor, provenance, and terroir of different wine varietals are examined.<\/p>\n<p><b>Procedures: <\/b>Wine tasting events are rotated among participants&#8217; homes. Wives or partners are encouraged to participate. Host selects wines and provides appetizers, keeping total costs at $10 to $25 per person. Host collects his costs from attendees.<\/p>\n<p><b>Format: <\/b>Four or five different wines are selected for each tasting.<\/p>\n<p><b>Time and Place: <\/b>Wine tasting events are held every other month on the last Thursday of the month, except in November when the event is on the third Thursday.
