	Our September speaker was Mike Egbert, President and CEO of the Chico Chamber of Commerce. He was recruited out of 	retirement 18 months ago by some local Chico businessmen to bring the Chico Chamber of Commerce back to life after Covid.  With Mike's background in growing 	businesses, it seemed the right time for a fresh, new direction for the Chamber, given its ability to serve and bring value to the local business community.
	Mike's extensive experience as a consumer researcher and strategist, as well as his expertise in marketing and personnel management, has enabled him to collaborate 	with local business and community leaders in shaping the future growth of the Chico community.
