	Our speaker for July was Butte County District Attorney<br>
	Mike Ramsey who talked about fraud and scams in Butte County.<br> 
	Mr. Ramsey has been a prosecutor for 45 years and <br>
	the elected Butte County District Attorney for over 35 years.<br> 
	He is currently the longest-serving elected District Attorney <br>
	in California. During his tenure, the office has instituted <br>
	many special prosecution and investigative programs.
