- Invite the prospective member to lunch, if he agrees, then
- Ask him for his entrée choice and relay this to m.kevin.moran@gmail.com or 650-477-0493 along with your own entrée choice.
- After the luncheon, invite him to join SIR and give him a membership application.
- Collect the completed application and send it to Membership Director Buzz Romero. Also collect a check of $40 for the first year’s dues, made out to “SIR Branch One” and send it to Assistant Treasurer Michael Garb.
- Invite the applicant to come to the Elks at 10:30 before the next luncheon and explain that he will receive his orientation by Bill Schmid and be formally inducted into SIR. Then he will introduce himself to the Branch Executive Committee.
- Ask the applicant to choose his entrée for that luncheon and relay his selection to Kevin Moran. Remind the applicant to bring $36 for his lunch.
